How to Change Your Account Email

You can update the email address linked to your Drimify account directly from your profile settings.

Steps to Change Your Email

Go to your profile page: https://my.drimify.com/en/user/profile
Update the Email address field with your new email address.
Click Save.

Confirmation Process

Once you click Save, a pop-up will appear asking you to confirm the change:

Are you sure? You're about to update your email address. Confirmation links will be sent to both your current and new email addresses. You must confirm from both inboxes (check spam/junk folders) to complete the change.

Confirm the action in the pop-up.
Two confirmation emails will be sent — one to your current email address, and one to your new email address.
You must click the confirmation link in both inboxes to complete the change.

📩 Tip: Make sure you have access to both email inboxes before proceeding, and check your spam/junk folders if either confirmation email doesn't arrive promptly.

Important Information

The email change will not take effect until both confirmation links have been clicked.
Your new email address will become your login identifier once the change is confirmed.
If you don't complete the confirmation from both inboxes, your current email address will remain active.
