Fair usage represents the normal range of interaction volumes we observe across our customer base when the platform is used in a typical, organic way.


Rather than setting hard limits or fixed thresholds, we base our definition of fair usage on:


  • Aggregate analysis of how customers interact with the platform across different industries and use cases
  • Observed averages and trends within each type of usage scenario
  • A flexible model that tolerates reasonable fluctuations without any impact on service quality



This means that as long as your usage evolves in a steady and expected way—similar to how most customers use the platform—your activity is considered within fair usage. Our goal is to offer a reliable and seamless experience without requiring customers to constantly monitor or manage their volume of interactions.


We continuously monitor overall usage patterns. If we detect a significant and sustained increase that falls well outside the scope of what we consider fair usage, our team may get in touch to better understand the context and ensure that the current setup still fits your needs.




When High-Capacity Applies



High-capacity usage typically comes into play in situations involving:
