How to Change Your Account Email

You can update the email address linked to your Drimify account directly from your profile settings.

Steps to Change Your Email

1. Go to your profile page: https://my.drimify.com/en/user/profile.
2. Update the Email address field with your new email.
3. Enter your current password to confirm the change.
4. Save your changes.

Important Information

• Once you request the change, you will see a confirmation message:

You’re about to update your email address. You will be logged out from the platform. Please make sure the email address you entered is correct and that you can access it. You will have to check your inbox (including your spam folder) to confirm your new email address if you want to log in again.

• After saving, you will be logged out automatically.
• A confirmation email will be sent to your new address.
• You must confirm the new email before you can log back into your account.

📩 Tip: Make sure you have access to the new email inbox before updating it, and check your spam/junk folder if the confirmation email doesn’t arrive.
