# Internet Browser & Operating System Compatibility

# 🌐 Internet Browser & Operating System Compatibility

Drimify is designed to work with modern, actively maintained web browsers and operating systems.
To ensure optimal performance, security, and compatibility, we follow a simple rule:

👉 **If a browser or operating system is no longer supported by its vendor, it is not supported by Drimify.**

## ✅ Supported Browsers

Drimify supports the **latest stable versions** of the following browsers:

* Google Chrome
* Mozilla Firefox
* Microsoft Edge (Chromium-based)
* Apple Safari

We continuously test against **current stable releases**, in line with industry standards.

👉 You can check the latest supported versions here:

* Chrome: [https://support.google.com/chrome/answer/126299?hl=en](https://support.google.com/chrome/answer/126299?hl=en)
* Firefox: [https://www.mozilla.org/firefox/releases/](https://www.mozilla.org/firefox/releases/)
* Edge: [https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/deployedge/microsoft-edge-relnote-stable-channel](https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/deployedge/microsoft-edge-relnote-stable-channel)
* Safari: [https://support.apple.com/en-gb/safari](https://support.apple.com/en-gb/safari)

💡 Most of these browsers are **“evergreen”**, meaning they update automatically. Keeping your browser updated ensures compatibility.

## ⚠️ Unsupported Browsers

We do **not support**:

* Outdated browser versions (typically more than 1–2 versions behind)
* Browsers that no longer receive security updates
* Legacy browsers such as:
* Internet Explorer
* Microsoft Edge Legacy

Unsupported browsers may still access Drimify, but:

* Some features may not work correctly
* Performance may be degraded
* Issues specific to unsupported browsers will not be fixed

## 💻 Operating System Compatibility

Browser support depends on the underlying operating system.

👉 If your OS is no longer supported by its vendor, modern browsers will also stop being supported.
For example:

* Older systems like Windows 7 / 8 / 8.1 are no longer supported by most modern browsers

* iOS / iPadOS: [https://support.apple.com/en-gb/ios](https://support.apple.com/en-gb/ios)

## 🔄 Our Support Policy

Our compatibility policy is aligned with browser vendors and industry best practices:

* We support **actively maintained browsers and operating systems only**
* We test against **latest stable versions (rolling basis)**
* When a vendor drops support, we also discontinue support
* We do not guarantee compatibility with outdated environments

This ensures:

* Better security
* Improved performance
* Access to modern web technologies

## ✅ Recommendation

For the best experience, we recommend:

* Keeping your browser updated to the latest version
* Using Google Chrome for optimal performance
* Updating your operating system regularly

## ❓ Troubleshooting Tip

If you encounter issues:

1. Update your browser to the latest version
2. Check your operating system is still supported
3. Try reproducing the issue in another supported browser
