Setting Up and Managing Brand Themes
Setting Up and Managing Brand Themes
The Branding feature lets you create reusable brand themes — defining colours, fonts, backgrounds, and more — so you can apply a consistent look to your games without reconfiguring everything from scratch each time.
Account Themes vs Workspace Themes
There are two levels at which a brand theme can be created:
Account-level themes (My Account → Branding) are created by you and can be made available in any workspace you own. All themes — including those created directly inside a workspace — also appear here, giving you a central place to manage every theme across all your workspaces.
Workspace-level themes are created within a specific workspace and are only available in that workspace by default. They appear in the account branding section as well, so the account owner can always edit or manage them centrally.
Creating a Theme
Account-level theme
- Go to My Account → Branding.
- Click + Add New Branding Theme.
- Fill in the theme settings (see below), then choose which of your workspaces the theme should be available in under Available in Workspaces.
- Click Save Changes.
Workspace-level theme
- Go to your workspace and open the Branding section.
- Click + Add New Theme.
- Fill in the theme settings, then click Save Changes.

Applying a Theme to a Workspace
When setting up an account-level theme, use the Available in Workspaces section to select which of your workspaces the theme should appear in.
The Do not allow changes on this workspace option controls what workspace members can do with an inherited theme. When this is enabled, the theme is locked and cannot be modified at the workspace level. When disabled, workspace members can set it as default, duplicate it, edit it, or delete it within that workspace.
Setting a Default Theme
Within any workspace, you can mark a theme as the default so it is automatically applied to every new game created in that workspace.
- Open the workspace Branding section.
- Click the ··· menu on the theme you want to set as default.
- Select Set as Default — or use the Apply Default Branding Automatically toggle at the top of the page.
Managing Themes (3-dot menu)
The options available in the ··· menu depend on the theme type and where you are managing it:
Workspace themes (created directly in the workspace, or inherited account themes with changes allowed):
- Set as Default — make it the automatic theme for new games in this workspace
- Duplicate — create a copy in the same workspace
- Edit — modify the theme settings
- Delete — permanently remove the theme from the workspace
Locked account themes (inherited with "Do not allow changes" enabled):
- These appear as Inherited and Locked in the workspace — no options are available there.
- To manage them, go to My Account → Branding, where full edit, duplicate, and delete options are available.
Using a Theme with AI Game Creation
When creating a game with the AI game creator, you can select a predefined brand theme to apply automatically to the generated game. This ensures AI-created games immediately match your brand without any manual styling afterwards.
