Email Participants

The Email participants feature allows you to automatically send emails to participants after they interact with your Drimify experience.


This feature can be used to:


  • send confirmation emails
  • deliver results or scores
  • share coupon codes or rewards
  • provide follow-up information
  • trigger marketing or CRM workflows through a connected mailer integration

Enabling the Feature


To activate participant emails, enable the Email participants toggle in your campaign settings.

Once enabled, you will need to:


  1. Choose when the email should be triggered
  2. Select which mailer integration should send the emails


Send Email When


The Send email when option defines exactly when Drimify will trigger the participant email.

Two trigger options are available:


On game completion


The email is triggered immediately when the participant finishes the game mechanic itself.


For example:


  • completing a quiz
  • finishing a scratch card
  • submitting a form
  • reaching the end of the playable mechanic


The participant does not need to reach the final end screen for the email to be sent.


Use this option when:


  • the email should be sent instantly after gameplay
  • the end screen is optional
  • you want to maximise email delivery even if participants close the experience early


On end screen reached


The email is triggered only when the participant reaches the final end screen of the experience.

If the participant leaves before reaching the end screen, the email will not be sent.



Use this option when:


  • the end screen contains important information
  • participants must view their result before receiving the email
  • a coupon code, reward, or prize appears on the final screen
  • you want to ensure the full experience is completed before triggering follow-up communication


Select Mailer Integration


The Select Mailer Integration dropdown allows you to choose which configured mailer integration will be used to send participant emails.

Only mailer integrations already configured in the workspace will appear in the list.


Examples may include:


  • Drimify Integration (Drimify internal)
  • Brevo Integration
  • HubSpot Integration
  • Other supported mailer services configured by your workspace


The selected integration will be used exclusively for that campaign’s participant emails.


No Mailer Integration Available


If no mailer integration has been configured in the workspace, the dropdown will not contain any selectable options.


Instead, the following helper message will appear:


The workspace owner needs to add at least one Mailer Integration to use this feature.


Only workspace owners or users with the appropriate permissions can configure mailer integrations for the workspace.
