Why do I need a new account?
To provide you with an even better experience, we have upgraded our platform using a new solution and technology. As a result, all users will need to create a new account, as the previous one is not compatible with the new system. Can I still access the old platform?
Yes, it is still possible to access the legacy platform via the URL: https://go.drimify.com, however, we highly recommend that you migrate to our new platform as soon as possible, as the legacy platform will be decommissioned at the end of the year.
Can I transfer my old account or existing content to the new platform?
We understand that some users have important content on our current platform that needs to be transferred to our new platform. Unfortunately, we do not have the ability to automatically transfer content due to technical reasons. However, you can manually transfer your content to the new platform within the next 6 months to ensure that it is kept safe and secure. Once you have created your new account, please let us know in the live chat, and we will activate it based on your current account plan. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding during this transition, and we are excited to have you join us on our new platform.
How can I manually transfer my existing content to the new platform?
To manually transfer your content from the legacy platform to the new platform, you will need to recreate your games from scratch on the new platform. We understand that this may seem daunting, but don't worry! You can just follow the creation steps to easily copy and paste your existing content from the legacy platform to the new one. Unfortunately, we do not have an automatic transfer option due to the different technology of the new solution. However, our team is here to assist you every step of the way. How can I activate my current plan on the new platform?
Great news! Any existing plan that you have will be transferable to our new platform. You will be able to retain your existing pricing during the transfer and until the end of your current plan, but please note that it may change upon renewal. Please note that we will no longer be providing support for our legacy platform. What will happen to the data stored on the legacy platform?
All data stored on the legacy platform will be deleted when the platform is decommissioned at the end of the year. If you wish to delete your data before that time, you can do so by deleting your apps or your entire account. Please note that this action is irreversible, and once the data is deleted, it cannot be recovered.
