Workspaces in Your Drimify Dashboard
Your workspaces are where you can invite colleagues, freelancers, and other stakeholders to collaborate with you as you create gamified experiences.
Other users can also invite you to collaborate on their experiences by inviting you to join their workspaces.
To access your workspace options, click on the workspace icon, just below the home icon.

This is where you can access all of your workspaces which you have created.
To access workspaces you have access to on other people’s accounts, check your “Shared Workspaces” section.
This includes your default or master workspace, as well as any other workspaces you’ve created to invite team members to connect with.
Within a workspace you have the following actions available (in order):
Edit: Clicking the pencil icon takes you to the “Edit Workspace” section where you can change the workspace’s name, invite users to collaborate within it, and set it as your default workspace.
Whatever you save as your default workspace is the one you will automatically be in when you log back into your Drimify dashboard.
Subdomains: Create, edit, or delete subdomains within the selected workspace.
API: Create, edit, or delete API keys within the selected workspace.
Single Sign-On (SSO): Access and edit any SSO set-up within the selected workspace.
Invite to workspace: Issue invitations to colleagues and contractors to collaborate.
Delete workspace: Clicking on the bin icon deletes a workspace.
Please note, you cannot delete your default or master workspace.
To see the available actions you must access the workspace first, which you can do by clicking on the arrow icon where it appears.
At the bottom of this section is a “Create” button.
Clicking this will allow you to create and name more workspaces.
Here you can:
Adjust a workspace’s name
Set is your default workspace
You must click the save button before leaving for the changes to take effect.
You can also invite users by clicking the invite button.
This is where you can access all the workspaces you’ve accepted invites to collaborate in.

To access one of these workspaces, click on the arrow icon under actions.
Please note, once you’re in someone else’s workspace, clicking the icon to "Leave Workspace" it will result in you leaving that workspace permanently. You’ll need to be invited again to regain access. To return to one of your own workspaces, choose one and click on the arrow icon under “Actions.” Accessing one space logs you out of another.
To invite a user to your workspace, enter:
Their email address
Their department from the dropdown menu
Their role from the dropdown menu
You can then use the tick boxes to define that user’s permissions when working in your workspace.
When you’re happy with how the permissions are set for that user, you can click the “Send Invitation” button.
Please note, after accepting, they will be asked to either log in, or set up their own Drimify account so they can collaborate in your workspace.
This lists all the invitations to collaborate from other users that you are yet to accept or decline.

It also lists who invited you, as well as:
Their company name
The name and email of the workspace’s admin
What you will be able to do in their workspace will be dependent upon the permissions they have granted you. For example, in the screenshot below, you can see that the options to add media are greyed out. This is because the user hasn't been granted permission to edit media.

This lists all the users who you’re waiting for to accept or decline your invitation to collaborate.
You will see their email, their department, and have actions available to:
Edit their permissions
Resend their invitation
Delete their invitation
Here you can adjust all the user permissions you included in your original invitation to collaborate.
You can adjust:
Their department
Their predefined role
All of their permissions
Click “Save” to action the changes, or “Cancel” if you change your mind.
Please note, the user will not receive an email or notification of their change of permissions, department, or role.
You can adjust the permissions, ticking the available actions where they correspond to the different elements of the workspace’s dashboard, in the following way:
Please note, once data is deleted, it’s gone forever, so be especially careful with which users are granted the power to delete data.

My workspaces
This is where you can access all of your workspaces which you have created.

Invitations
Inviting users to your workspace
To invite a user to your workspace, enter:
Their email address

You can adjust the permissions, ticking the available actions where they correspond to the different elements of the workspace’s dashboard, in the following way:
Permission | Dashboard |
---|---|
View | By default, any user can view folders and apps, but you can define whether they can view stats, data, API, subdomains, and SSO. |
Moderate | By ticking the app box, you’re giving the user permission to moderate media contests. |
Create | Ticking these options can allow users to create folders and apps within the workspace. You can also grant them permission to create API keys by selecting API, permission to create or add media by selecting media, as well as the same permissions for subdomains and SSO. |
Edit | Ticking these options gives users editing power. This can allow them to sort folders, adjust the copy and the settings in apps, swap around pictures, video, and audio in media, and edit the custom subdomains. |
Delete | Ticking any of these boxes gives the user the power to delete. It cannot apply to stats (which cannot be deleted) or SSO. |
Export | This only applies to data. If a user does export data, you will receive an email notification that they have done so. |
Please note, once data is deleted, it’s gone forever, so be especially careful with which users are granted the power to delete data.
