Cancellation of your Drimify plan
How do I request the cancellation of my plan?
If you paid online by credit card, you can suspend your subscription at any time from your Account Settings page in the Drimify dashboard.
If you have paid by bank transfer on the basis of an estimate and invoice, then please contact us regarding the cancellation of your offer.
After your account is cancelled, all options remain active until the originally scheduled renewal date.
How do I know when my offer expires?
A notification is sent to you by email 7 days before the end of your plan.
The renewal/ expiration date is available in your Account Settings.
