How do I pay online?



To configure and activate your Drimify package, please follow these simple steps:

Log in to your Drimify account
Click on the purple " Select my plan " button at the top right of your screen
Select the features you need
Fill in your billing details
Choose the number of views corresponding to your estimated user traffic
Pay for your Drimify package online using a bank card

Once your payment has been confirmed, your activation starts for the period you have defined.

If you wish, you can upgrade at any time by adding more options and extending the activation period. You can contact us if you need help configuring your Drimify package.

How do I pay by bank transfer?



If you are unable to pay online by bank card, we can send you a quote and then an invoice by email for all offers. Your application or account will be activated on receipt of payment or proof of payment. Contact us for more information.

How long is the commitment period?



The Drimify On Demand plan is non-binding and does not renew automatically
The Drimify Pro plan operates on an automatic monthly/ annual renewal basis
The Drimify Premium plan can be either commitment-free or on an automatic monthly/ annual renewal basis, depending on your needs

A 12-month package gives you a substantial annual discount.

Can I get an invoice with or without VAT?



VAT is automatically calculated by the system at the time of payment based on the VAT applicable in your company's country of residence. Example: VAT is not applicable for European companies with a VAT number that reside in a different country to the Drimify billing entity. Contact us for more information.

When will I receive my invoice?



If you pay online by bank card, you will be able to download your invoice (https://my.drimify.com/en/user/invoices) within 72 hours once verified by our financial department
If you pay by bank transfer, you will receive your invoice by email before your account is activated so that you can make your payment as quickly as possible

We use xero.com as our billing platform. If you have not received your invoice once sent by email, or would like to receive it again, please contact us, but do check your spam and trash folders first.
