Cancelling your Drimify plan

How do I cancel my plan?

If you paid online by bank card, you can suspend your subscription at any time from the account settings page in your Drimify dashboard

If you have paid by bank transfer on the basis of a quote and invoice, your package will expire on the date indicated in the my plans section (it will not renew automatically)

How do I do this?

Log in to your Drimify account

Access your account settings by clicking on the my account icon

Go to the my plans section

Access the current plan by clicking on the eye icon (details and activations)

Click on the plan cancellation button - cancel this plan (which you will find below the plan details)

The plan cancellation button will be replaced by a plan restoration button - restore this plan - in case you cancelled in error

Once your plan has been cancelled, it will remain active until the time you’ve already paid for runs out.

On the date of expiry, you will receive an email confirming so, and that no more payments will be taken.

If your plan is on demand, you won’t see the plan cancellation button. Your plan will cancel automatically on the expiry date.

If you don’t see the plan cancellation button but your plan isn’t on demand, get in touch with our team for further assistance.

How do I know when my plan is about to expire?

If your plan is about to expire:

You will receive notifications by email before the end of your plan
The renewal/ expiration date is available to view in your account settings under my plans

For more information, see our dedicated article on payments and invoicing and our terms and conditions.
