Application status

To help you keep your games and applications organised, Drimify provides three application statuses:

Published

A "Published" status means the game is live and is accessible to players if you have an active Drimify plan. Use this status when your game is ready for your audience.
All published games will appear in the "Published" tab within your folders, helping you quickly locate active applications without sifting through drafts or older versions.

Draft

A "Draft" is a work-in-progress version of a game. This status is ideal for games that are still being developed or reviewed and are not yet ready to go live.
Games in draft status will appear in the "Draft" tab, allowing you to keep ongoing projects separate from published or archived games, streamlining your workflow.

Archived

An "Archived" status is for games that are no longer in use but that you may want to keep for future reference or to re-purpose later.
Archiving games moves them into the "Archived" tab, keeping inactive applications out of your active lists while preserving them for possible future use.

By assigning the correct status, you ensure that your games are easily accessible from the relevant tabs, keeping your Drimify workspace clean and organised.

Please note, that if you're trying to add games into a gamification experience like the Dynamic Path™ or the Combo™, they will need to be set to "Published" first.
