Levels (Puzzle)
You can include as many levels as you like for the Puzzle.
Each level can be configured in 2 easy steps:
Upload your image
Select how many pieces you want it to be
The optimum image size is 1200x1200px. Other image sizes can work, but 1200x1200px will give the best user experience.
More pieces will make your game more challenging, but it’s important to consider the screen size of the devices users will play the game on. On mobile, we recommend not having more than 25 pieces.
Additionally, you have the following options to define your Puzzle:
Allow the user to skip this level (No Points Earned): If the player is stuck, this allows them to progress past the level that's giving them difficulty, meaning they could still complete the experience and get to your intermediate screen or end screen CTA.
Allow the user to see the level preview: This shows them the image they're trying to assemble, which can be useful for more complex puzzles made up of more pieces. Again, this gives you a better chance to achieve higher KPIs.
In the user experience (UX), if either or both of these are enabled, they will appear in a pop-up accessible by a question mark icon.
